S-is-for-Samsung: My new best friend! What can I say? I love my new phone, actually my mini-computer. I am for sure a Google fan and can’t see that ever changing.
R-is-for-Roatán: The island experience. I have heard it said this isla is an unknown hot spot sitting in the Caribbean. Soon, as a family we will leave home from the mainland and vacation in this tropical paradise.
Q-is-for-Queso: Say Cheese! No, Not for the camera this time. I am talking about how my suegra makes a living. She sells cheese. It may not be anything fancy, but I find it fascinating.
P-is-for-Pulapanzak: Waterfalls for your visit to Honduras? I know just the place! It takes some time to get used to saying the name but after some practice, plus some time there visiting I know you will be able to say it…..Pul-a-pan-zak.
O-is-for-Otoño: Capturing beautiful colors, brisk walks, and last chance cookouts can all describe the word otoño. Yes this is a beginner description of “fall” – one of the four seasons! As I sit here in the 95°, extremely high humidity weather I begin to dream of otoño and remember how much I miss it.
N-is-for-Nacatamal: A very traditional Honduran food. Truth be told I think they are a bit addicting and go great with coffee! What – coffee?? You bet! A good cup of Honduran coffee and a well prepared nacatamal CAN go hand in hand.
M-is-for-Marimba: The marimba is a musical instrument that, for me makes a magical sound!
L-is-for-Loro: A Spanish word for parrot which covers many different species bringing a wide variety of wonderful colors and beauty. Meet a part of the Family – Coco the lorito.
K-is-for-Kilómetro: versus a mile. This for sure has been a huge change for me. The metric system is everywhere!
